Are there any other fees in addition to the $99 (e.g. hosting, taxes, etc.)?
Each listing website costs just $99 with no additional costs or fees.
How long will my listing website be active?
Each listing website will remain active for 1 year or until you request us to take the site offline. In the event you need to retain a website for more than this time, we provide a discounted renewal rate. Please contact us for details.
What if my listing sells or I lose the listing?
Should you no longer need the site available on the internet, you can simply contact Realtech Marketing, and we will take your site offline. This is referred to as disabling a site.
If another agent gets that listing, will they be able to purchase that site?
If you disable (see above) a site, Realtech Marketing will not allow another customer to purchase that site during the term of your contract (your six month hosting period) unless you give us permission to do so. If you do give permission to Realtech Marketing to resell that website, it is referred to as cancelling a site.
Will I receive any type of a refund for cancelling a site?
There are no refunds for cancelling a website early.
What if I need to change the information on my website?
You may change the price of your property at anytime. We allow for two revisions during the term of the agreement (1 year). This includes photo changes, additions, and/or changes to the textual description.
Do I get to proofread my site before it goes live?
Yes, Realtech Marketing will send you a link to your site before it is published to the property's web address. You will be given the chance to proofread the content and make any necessary changes before the website is activated.
